TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) pertain to limited period promotional and discounted sale of products of Marri Retail Private Limited (“MRPL”) through The Chennai Shopping Mall showrooms, available from

07-October-2023 to 14-November-2023.

MRPL reserves the right to discontinue the said promotional and discounted sale at any time at its sole discretion. MRPL reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by purchasing at The Chennai Shopping Mall showrooms

  • The products available on discount/offers are applicable till stocks are available and will be sold on first come first serve basis.
  • The minimum Purchase value has to be ₹ 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to avail free gifts/ spot gifts.
  • “Free gifts/spot gifts offered on every purchase” are not applicable on products offered at discounted prices.
  • Images of spot gifts/free gifts displayed in the advertisements are only for representational purposes. Actual gifts may differ based on availability.
  • “Free gifts/spot gifts offered on every purchase” are not applicable for purchases made at The Chennai Shopping Mall showrooms at Khammam,Mahabubnagar and Karimnagar. The offers/ discounts at these locations may vary. Please check with the store staff for further details.
  • In all matters relating to any offers, the decision of the MRPL shall be final and binding.
  • Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body, which may arise or accrue to the customer due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the customer.
  • Jewellery and Apparel bills cannot be clubbed to avail any offers/ discounts/free gifts/spot gifts.
  • The discounts/offers of any kind are not applicable on products with VA charges of less than 10%.
  • "Free gifts/spot gifts offered on every purchase” are not applicable on purchase of Gold/Silver/Diamond Jewellery/articles.
