Dusshera/Diwali Gifts (Buy More Save More) – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) pertain to limited period promotional and discounted sale of products of Marri Retail Limited (“MRL”) through The Chennai Shopping Mall showrooms.

MRL reserves the right to discontinue or modify the said promotional and discounted sale at any time, at its sole discretion.

• Purchases at The Chennai Shopping Mall showrooms imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discounted products will be available until stocks last, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Minimum purchase value to avail spot gifts is ₹1,000, and customers must pay an additional ₹10/- on the value to be eligible.
• Buy More Save More are not applicable:
  
  • On products offered at discounted prices.
  • On purchases of Gold, Silver, or Diamond jewellery/articles.
  • Where jewellery and apparel bills are combined.
• Images of spot gifts in advertisements are for representational purposes; actual gifts may vary according to availability.
• In all matters relating to any offers, the decision of MRL is final and binding.
• Any taxes or government/statutory charges arising from provision of the offer will be solely borne by the customer.
